Pregnancy Physiotherapy

Postnatal Physiotherapy
Providing women with Physiotherapy support postpartum helps ensure we continue to look after and manage any conditions that may have occurred occurred during pregnancy. Assessing the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles after birth and ensuring women are given individualised treatment or exercise
prescription depending on their unique circumstances.
